WARRANTY AND MAINTENANCE

Conditions
Clean Check products are sold for the prevention of sewer backup and are not to be used for a cleanout.

LIMITED WARRANTY
 

 
Clean Check, Inc., expressly warrants its products will meet the specifications stated on the technical data sheet for a period of one (1) year from date of installation or two (2) years from date of manufacture (whichever occurs first) against defects in workmanship and materials. Clean Check, Inc., will replace any product which it deems to be defective.  This warranty is limited to product replacement only and does not include any warranty for reimbursement of installation or any other associated labor costs. This is the sole and complete warranty and remedy offered by Clean Check, Inc. Notice for replacement must be given within 60 days. This remedy is in lieu of all other remedies or claims for damages, consequential or otherwise, which the buyer may have against Clean Check, Inc.

In consideration of the above promises by Clean Check, Inc., the buyer agrees to and accepts the following conditions:

CLEAN CHECK, INC. MAKES NO REPRESENTATION ABOUT THE SUITABILITY OR ACCURACY OF THE PRODUCT FOR ANY  PURPOSE, AND MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR THAT THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT WILL NOT INFRINGE ANY THIRD PARTY PATENTS, COPYRIGHTS, TRADEMARKS, OR OTHER RIGHTS. THE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED "AS IS". BUYER EXPRESSLY WAIVES OR EXCLUDES WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
 OR OF NON- INFRINGEMENT.

Exclusive Terms of Sale
Clean Check, Inc., does not agree to and is not bound by any other terms or conditions, unless those terms or conditions have been expressly agreed to in writing by a duly authorized officer of Clean Check, Inc.

Guidelines for Safe Use of the Products
Clean Check, Inc., recommends that the buyer and other persons using this product follow the Guidelines for Installation Recommendations and Homeowners Maintenance Guide and any amendments thereto. Clean Check, Inc., disclaims any and all responsibility for any injury or damage which may be caused by the failure of the buyer or any other person to follow said guidelines.
